The Fence

The Fence is a mid-rise hotel set to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI, first shown in an official screenshot filed under Vice City. The eight-story, L-shaped Modernist building wraps around a central pool and shares a complex, including a two-story pool-and-lounge wing, with the Googie-style Hotel Valetta. It is modeled after The Gates Hotel South Beach on Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, its name playing on that hotel's.
